ACADEMY TRAINING RECORDS UPDATED

The training academy of champions records have now been updated and the standard of breaks in all age groups keeps going up and up...

The records holders are from all around the world from countries like Rep Of Ireland - England - India - N Ireland - UAE - Isreal and i hope more countries will be included in the next update

Players like David Hogan, Vincent Muldoon, Brendan O Donoghue Aditya Metha, Lee Page and Mohammed Shehab have most of the senior records

Jason Devaney, Declan Brennan, Josh Boileau, Daniel O Regan, Daniel Dempsey, Tom Hogan and Aaron Tobin have most of the junior records

HOGAN WINS ISRAEL 'IRISH' ACADEMY MASTERS

Academy Of Champions player David Hogan won his first tiltle since turning pro when he played great match snooker to win the 2009 Israel Irish Academy Masters in the Ivy Rooms Snooker Club in Carlow.

In the final David beat Vincent Muldoon 6 frames to 4 to take the 500 euro first prize.

Hogan led 5-0 but Muldoon came back with a string of breaks including 74, 76, and 100 breaks to close the gap to 4-5 but in frame 10 Hogan made a stunning 64 break to win the Academy title.

Six of my Academy players played in the event and the overall standard was great with a number of brilliant matches and high beaks.
