It was a great weekend for the PJ Nolan Academy of Champions members in the RIBSA National Snooker Championships showcase in the Ivy Rooms Snooker Club in Carlow last weekend.
The Academy of Champion Members had an outstanding season winning 7 National Titles from the Under 14 title through to the Ladies title.
Martin McCrudden and David Hogan both reached the final of the Senior Championship with Martin winning the title 8 frames to 6.
Ryan Cronin beat fellow Corkman Daniel O’Regan to win the National U/16 Title 3 frames to 2.
Aaron Tobin from Youghal won the Under 14 National Title beat Andrew Doherty 3 frames to 0.
Michelle Sherwin was unstoppable in the ladies championship beating Catherine Fitzsimons 4 frames to nil.
