The home base of the PJ Nolan Academy of Champions will be the New Ivy Rooms Snooker Club Carlow in the Republic of Ireland.
Carlow Town is around 1 hour 30 minutes from Dublin Airport.
The new snooker club contains 11 New Wiraka Silver leg Championship Tables and 1 Riley Professional Silver leg Match Table.
The Wiraka snooker tables are used for all IBSF Snooker Championships and have professional lighting and electronic scoreboards over each table.
The Academy is situated across the road from the 4 star Talbot Hotel Carlow which has a swimming pool and gym and the hotel and is regarded as one of the best hotels in the area.
All students attending training in the Academy can avail of special prices on accommodation in the Talbot Hotel at €100.00 per night (Double Room) other prices on request.
Academy students receive training programs to suit their level and DVD’s of themselves playing during each session to study at home.
